Cathay Pacific’s National Manager – Corporate and Business Development, Richard Jones, says while business is tough in the airline game, Cathay is holding strong thanks to its onboard product and onward connections from Hong Kong.

Speaking exclusively to HM on camera, Jones says the hot cabins are the airline’s new Premium Economy as well as Cathay’s revamped Business Class cabin, both of which are now available on all 70 flights to and from Australia.

In the interview, Jones also spoke about the MICE market ex-Australia, a major focus for the airline at present and a segment that is producing good numbers.
